At Stay Beary Creative, we take great care in packing and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive safely. Please read our shipping policy below.
Order processing time
We will try to process all orders within 2-4 business days after payment is received (this does not include shipping time). During sale periods or times of high sales volume, this time frame may be longer. If there is going to be a delay, we will make sure that we let you know as soon as possible. Once processed, we'll send you an email to let you know your order is on the way!
Shipping methods
We send all Stay Beary Creative orders through Australia Post.
If items are lost, damaged or delayed in the mail, Stay Beary Creative is not responsible or liable. If this does occur, please email staybearycreative@gmail.com to discuss options or if you need assistance in lodging an enquiry with the relevant postal service.

Australia Express Post
Express Post next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. The national next business day delivery network operates between capital cities (excluding Darwin; and for Perth, delivery into the CBD only) and some major centres. Outside Metropolitan Areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Australia Post Express Postage Service, they will use the fastest possible transport links but it won’t be covered by their ‘Next Day Guarantee’. Stay Beary Creative is not responsible for late Express Postage orders. Should there be a problem with your order, please contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 with your provided Tracking Number.
International orders
Unfortunately, we currently only ship within Australia.
Local pick-up
Local pick up is only available during the weekdays at Gledswood Hills, NSW.
