By making a partial or full payment, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Website orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. These transactions have fixed prices and are processed through our online store.
No order will commence until payment has been received.
By making a full payment, you confirm that there are no severe allergies of any kind, including, but not limited to, anaphylactic allergies or coeliac/celiac disease.
ALTERATIONS
For website orders, Stay Beary Creative is unable to accommodate alterations.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
If you need to cancel your order, Stay Beary Creative reserves the right to retain your non-refundable deposit.
Stay Beary Creative can offer a full refund for a change of mind up to 48 hours after payment has been received. Unfortunately, after this time, we cannot offer a refund, as your cookie cutters and other ingredients required to make your order may have already been purchased.
ALLERGIES
While we take all reasonable precautions to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, our products are made in a work area where NUTS, SOY, DAIRY, EGGS, GLUTEN, WHEAT, and other allergens are used.
For this reason, when placing your order, you acknowledge and accept this risk and agree not to hold us responsible for any allergic reactions.
Stay Beary Creative DOES NOT cater for severe allergies of any kind, including, but not limited to, anaphylactic allergies or coeliac/celiac disease.
Please kindly advise us of any allergies when making an enquiry. Thank you!

Colours may differ slightly in appearance from those shown in the advertised photos due to lighting and screen variations.
PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
Stay Beary Creative reserves the right to use photos of our creations across our social media accounts and other marketing materials.
If you do not wish for your cookies to be shared on social media, such as Instagram or Facebook, please let us know when placing your order.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Stay Beary Creative currently offers PICK-UP ONLY.
Pick-up is available on weekdays in Gledswood Hills, New South Wales. Pick-up dates and times are selected when placing your order:
Monday–Tuesday: 10:00 am–1:00 pm or 6:00 pm–7:00 pm
Wednesday–Friday: 10:00 am–1:00 pm or 4:00 pm–7:00 pm
Stay Beary Creative will provide you with the collection address once your order is ready for pick-up.
Failure to collect your order on the agreed pick-up date and time will result in your order being forfeited. Stay Beary Creative will not re-bake or provide credit for unclaimed cookies. If you need to reschedule your pick-up date or time, please contact us ASAP.
For pick-up orders, Stay Beary Creative accepts no responsibility for the purchased goods once they have been collected. Please keep your cookies safe and away from car doors and direct sunlight.
Stay Beary Creative is a small family business with young children, and we greatly appreciate your prompt arrival.
POSTAGE
Postal orders are currently unavailable. We hope to offer this service in the future.
DAMAGE
Stay Beary Creative products are delicate items. Stay Beary Creative cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to our products after they have left our possession.
STORAGE
All cookies are individually bagged to maintain freshness. Stay Beary Creative cookies can last for up to two weeks in their original packaging.
Please keep your cookies away from direct sunlight. Store them in a cool, dry place, but do not refrigerate them, as humidity from the fridge may ruin the decorations.
